Child Medications

The end of the school year is rapidly approaching. If possible, we would ask that you send an exact amount of medication to last until the end of school. If medication is left the last day of school, it must be picked up from school by the parent. No medication will be sent home with a child. All medication must be picked up by June 7, 2013.
Any unused medication not picked up by the end of this day will be discarded unless you call to arrange a specific pick-up time.

Thank you,

Jog-a-thon Success!

I need to take this time to share Folwell's appreciation for the number of volunteers who gave their time and energy to organize and carry-out a successful Jog-A-Thon. Your abundance of enthusiasm was evident in the energy the students exerted while running their laps on Wednesday and Friday. Thank you to parents and all families who assisted your children in finding pledges and donations for the past two years we have conducted the Jog-A-Thon. The end result will be a new playground addition for students and residents to play on for many years.

The Folwell community needs to be praised for the many examples of supporting your children's school experiences, whether it be through volunteering daily at school or at special events, financially supporting the PTSA , or supporting your children each night they come home with school work.

The phrase, "It takes a village to raise a child," truly rings loud and clear every day at Folwell Elementary. Thanks to each of you.

Enjoy the outstanding weather this weekend!
